Terms of Service

By creating an account you agree to use Support Desk only to support customers who have chosen to share their screen with you.

You must not use the service to trick anyone into sharing their screen, to collect passwords, banking or payment details, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that do.

The service is provided during early access without charge and without a guarantee of availability. We will give notice before introducing paid plans.

You are responsible for your team members' accounts and for the customer data you enter.
